If I could give it zero stars I would. The manager JOSEPHINE ruined our experience. We spent a few days here getting drinks as other bars were closed and even sat down for lunch with two adult families of seven. Spent so much money here. JOSEPHINE the manager was an absolute nightmare. She was completely condescending towards all her employees right in front of us, then was rude to us and screamed aloud “who sat you here ?” after we had been sat to eat at the same table we had eaten the day before and given menus! Then she yelled about unopened potato chip bags on the table. It was a very unprofessional scene. We obviously got up from the table and left, as our patronage was no longer wanted. She could have easily and graciously come over with tact, and said “I am sorry but I have this se

The best wings I have ever tasted. I ordered the wings about three times in one sitting and also had the lentil soup which was delicious. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very personable, courteous and professional. They kept my drinks flowing and made sure my food orders came out promptly. What an excellent bar experience!

To create a “four seasons luxury club”, maybe start with a somewhat decent restaurant. Extremely disappointing atmosphere, you feel pity for the staff. The vending machine on the first floor is probably the better option. If you like to be disappointed, this is the place for you. There’s potential with proper management, but it’s light years away.

The manager was very rude I would not recommend going there unless you are starving, stick with the downstairs buffet not worth the restaurant. The waiters are great. Manger is horrible and pushed us off the dance floor to get food to another table when there were 2 other ways to walk… there was only one other table seated in the WHOLE PLACE. Then when we said excuse me she came at us very aggressive and rude.

Management is horrible. Amazing waitresses. The manger legit shoved me to get to another table while there were 2 ways to go to the ONE other table in the WHOLE restaurant. Do not recommend. Then came back and was aggressive and mean when we asked if everything was ok.
