Prominence restaurant and bar

Setting up our reservations through Miguel on WhatsApp was seamless. Our server Lisa was very experienced and brought our order out in a timely manner and exactly as we asked for it. She was very attentive and met out every need. We started with some house salads that had a fresh, and lively homemade tasting dressing. My wife and I then shared the Branzino Mediterranean style and Zuppa de Pesce (combination of different seafoods in a fra diablo sauce over pasta). The were both very flavorful and delicious. The kids were very happy with their pasta and chicken and fries. We had leftovers which we took home and had for lunch the next day. We are definitely coming back!

My wife and I had dinner there last night. The appetizers were spectacular and then we ordered our Meals and you get a nice salad with your meal with a delicious house dressing that was very, very good. Then when our meals came, it was even better. Had an amazing Experience and the staff was excellent. Prominence restaurant Windham N.Y. I decided to try this place on recommendation from friend. The porcini linguine was a huge disaster, very starchy from the first bite, no seasoning, extremely oily.simple spaghetti and meatballs were dried no sauce, pasta was starchy . I complained to wait staff .The grilled pork chop was ordered medium well(internal temp 155-160), we sent back to kitchen 4 times it kept returning rare, first of all why does it take 4 try to grill meat? the last time I received, the cook sliced the meat and returned back to table. That is unacceptable, now a simple pasta dish garlic and oil with shrimp had no taste,this time my wife asked to speak to the cook/ manager she told the cook the pasta was extremely bland the cook explained they don't cook with salt because cus

Prominence was absolutely fantastic. The food was outstanding—our table ordered a wide range of dishes and everything was delicious. The pasta selections were excellent, the burrata was incredibly fresh, and the steak was cooked perfectly. There’s a great variety on the menu, so everyone in our group found something they loved. What really made the night stand out, though, was the service. We were a very large group on what was clearly a busy night, and Lisa, our server, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly organized. Lindsey and Lydia, the bartenders, were also fantastic. My wife and I along with another couple attended happy hour yesterday for the first time. We had a wonderful experience! We quickly struck up a conversation with some of the “regulars” and had so much fun. The bar maid - Lindsay was aces and anticipated our needs. She had a terrific personality and was helpful in recommending selections among the numerous items on the happy hour menu. The food was delicious! Prominence certainly did not disappoint and we will definitely return.
