Where to begin with why this patisserie is such a treasure…. The owner, Antione, does not compromise on quality, taste or freshness - and, if you’re pleasant, you’ll find this delightful character who rescues horses to be a caring person with hilarious stories. The fried croissants with sugar - unexpectedly airy, light and just the right amount of sweetness. Light strawberry glazed beignet? Donut? Idk - but it’s SCRUMPTIOUS - indescribable texture with a tart yet sweet glaze. One day I’ll go all in for a whole quiche. Get there early - folks come from all over, it’s only Antione doing all the baking and when it’s over it’s over. Five stars - this is a gem in Windham.

5 star dreamy pastry shoppe! We had truly the most delectable and superb wedding cake, made by ours truly, the French pastry chef. This was a true work of art, as well as being sooooo delicious. Marizpan, almond butter, coffee liqueur, and moist sponge wedding cake. What a great choice for a pastry chef! Bravo!

This place has excellent quality and presentation. Very friendly and helpful staff Freshly made selection daily. Compared to Babblers Bakery down the road, this place tops it all! Way better.

The flakiest apple turnover, and the fluffiest sticky bun! Neither was too heavy or too sweet… just right! And both tasted as if they were made from the highest quality ingredients. Antoine was very friendly and helpful, and his description of his cheesecake was spot on — so light and delicate, not heavy and sticky. Still thinking about that sticky bun two days after wolfing it down. 😋

Antoine clearly cares about his work & his customers, DELICIOUS pastries, cakes, and cookies!! And even better service!! Will definitely be back if we return to the area!
