Seasons Bed & Breakfast

This bed and breakfast is in the perfect location. It is walking distance from the ferry and is surrounded by restaurants. They serve a great breakfast on top of the deck of their hotel... A wonderful way to start your day. The room includes beach chairs, towels, and bikes! Biking around the island was one of my favorite activities! The rooms are cozy and the bed us very comfortable. The ac is great. The rooms are close to the town center, so it can be loud at night.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms are basic and clean. Sharing the bathroom wasn’t bad at all. It was clean and they give you soap and shampoo. You can also borrow chairs, beach blankets and they have an ice machine. The location is great as it is quieter than other options. The people that work at the Blue Water are fantastic, especially Emily. So friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

We had a blast! Our room was clean and comfy! The pool was clean. The property was very nice. James attended to every details and helped make our trip fun!!!

Seasons Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located just adjacent to the ferry dock. The rooms are simple but clean --no maid service--small but quite adequate (and very inexpensive) for Fire Island. There is an attractive deck for breakfast or simply for lounging after going to the beach. The staff is friendly and willing to give you advice on local history and excursions. If you want luxury, go elsewhere. If you want convenience try them.||Ask for a room facing the water--noisy but worth it for the view.

Anyone that bashes Harvey's hotels are delusional. If you want the real fire island experience, you should stay at the seasons bed and breakfast or the blue waters hotel. Although you do not have a private bathroom in the Seasons, the staff make you feel like you're staying in their very own home. Their Sat and Sun breakfasts are homemade, delicious and make me feel like i'm waking up in my own bed at home. If you compare the prices of the Seasons to any other hotel in Ocean Beach, The Seasons is actually cheaper. If you want fancy/upscale stay at the Palms or go to the Hamptons. If you want comfort, a smile and a wonderful staff that looks out for you, stay at The Seasons or Blue Waters hotel. Additionally, the location cant be beat. It's right in town, a hop skip and jump from the ferry
