Set curbside on International Blvd, this gem brings the flavors of hibachi right to our doorstep in a casual, fun way. From the moment I approached the truck, the upbeat energy was infectious. The friendly team greeted me with enthusiasm and had my order ready in minutes. Although TikTok reviewers mentioned occasional inconsistencies, I had nothing but perfection: my steak, shrimp, and veggies were all cooked just right—tender, flavorful, and with beautiful sear marks I tried Seabachi’s signature combo bowl, and every bite dazzled—from the garlic sesame drizzle

I went here because of other reviews. I never write reviews, but wow. This was amazing. I had the trio combo. I mentioned wanting the try everything, and he made sure I did by doing half rice, half noddles. I will say I favored the noodles but the rice was good as well. Everything was really flavorful. It had a kick to it which I loved. I’m a girl who usually puts sauce on everything, but this didn’t need it like other reviews said. The spicy yum yum sauce is good, but not entirely needy. I admit I’m a heavy weight person and it takes a lot to full be but that trio filled me for 4 different meals. I love this place and will definitely come back.

Excellent food and generous portions! Food came out hot and fast. Both the spicy and the regular yum yum sauces were delicious and complimented the meals perfectly. Super friendly and kind to customers 😊

Passed by this food truck the other day. Came back to check it out and was SO glad I did. The chicken plate was delicious. And their fried rice is really flavorful! The staff was also very kind. I’ll definitely be back!
