Scooter's Coffee

I got a “large” caramelicious something or other. It was $7!! It didn’t taste any better than Dunkin‘s caramel cold brew for $5. And on top of that, Scooters “large” is the EXACT same cup as Dunkin’s medium. The service was fine.

I didn’t want to leave a review but I cannot find any contact information to remedy plastic being in my food.

I went through the drive-through and ordered an iced latte with banana bread flavor, no ice. The employee told me they wouldn’t fill it all the way to leave room for ice, and when I clarified that I wanted it filled, she said it would just be topped off with milk. That’s exactly what happened—and it tasted like straight banana milk. It was awful. I don’t understand why there isn’t a clear protocol for no-ice drinks. Customers shouldn’t end up with watered-down or milk-heavy drinks just because they skip ice. I also grabbed the $1 donuts, which were just as disappointing. I’m glad I tried this place with a coupon because it was a one-and-done for me. That said, the staff was very nice, which is the only positive here.

I was going to try just a regular cup of black coffee. The lady working informed me of a sugar-free iced coffee drink. It was absolutely delicious! I didn't mind paying what I did for sugar-free. I appreciated the suggestion and definitely will be back for another!

I’m a big Starbucks and Dunkin girl and this location is right around the corner from my home. I got a spicy sausage egg burrito, birthday cake bite, and two caramel waffle lattes hot, my daughter enjoyed the cake pop and the burrito was pretty good, I do love the coffees, will be back to try others and the price is way better for 4 items than Starbucks. Staff was really nice too!
