Scooter's Coffee

The workers I encountered when I go are normally always so happy and kind. One time when I went, they messed up my order which is no big deal, they were making it again and ended up giving me some donuts all because I had to wait an extra 2 minutes for my coffee. It is reason like that, that I will always go there and give them my money.

I asked for a half a pump of strawberry in my matcha smoothie. She confirmed it, then said she put a couple pumps in after she handed me the drink. I didn’t want that nor did they ask first. I tried to drink it and it actually hurt my throat with how much syrup was in it. Usually I love this scooters, but this has been happening every other time I go. Still going to go, but this still shouldn’t happen so much.

Went to get a cinnamon roll. This is what was served to me. I never even got a bite. It looked like it fell on the floor and was scooped up and placed in container. The employee thought it was ok to sell this to me, WTH. Unbelievable, I can’t believe she served this to me. I told her I took a picture of it. I just can’t believe it. 2nd picture is the bottom. I’ve had 1 before and there is icing on the bottom. Well this one doesn’t have icing on the bottom. It looks like maybe it was scraped off of the pan?? Just WOW. Crazy I’d give them ZERO star if I could. EDIT:::The owner has contacted me and apologized and gave me another cinnamon roll and drinks. The girl that took my order still has not apologized. Also, I have been back, they have good drinks and I do love their warm cinn

My latte was luke warm. And then they kept trying to give me a straw for it. Not sure what the confusion was. I usually have excellent service. We drove 9.miles just for Scooters coffee. A little disappointed.

Confused by these reviews and how they can say that anyone working here is rude. I honestly love the girls working here. They are so sweet and friendly. Recognize my car as I'm pulling up and know my drink order. Literally has never had a single issue. Drinks and food are delish as well!
