Scooter's Coffee

Visited Scooters a week earlier, received a subpar Nitro coffee (mostly foam); didn't say anything as it didn't ruin my day (as some google reviewers might have you believe). Returned a week later, the employee remembered me, apologized for the coffee the week earlier and provided this one at no charge. What a great employee to have on your staff and what a great experience!! Thank you.

A customer of mine gave me a scooters gift card... I've never been to scooters, So I figured I'd try it while on route, because I don't live anywhere near a scooters. When I pulled up to the scooters, I quickly found that they have no walk up window and I cannot drive my garbage truck through the drive thru... am I supposed to stand behind the 4 cars in line to order? I guess business is restricted to cars drivers only. 😐 I will continue going to caribou, because they appreciate and service walk ups with their walk up windows.

I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED THIS MORNING WHEN I ROLLED THROUGH TO PICK UP MY ORDER. I ORDERED ONE OF THE COURAGE COOKIES FOR THE DONATION THEY DO WHEN YOU PURCHASE ONE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ALL I RECEIVED WAS TWO MINI COOKIES AND NO FILLING ON THE INSIDE 😔 CONSIDERING THESE COOKIES ARE $1 OFF THE KIDS MENU OR ON THE DOLLAR DELIGHTS MENU WHICH I NO LONGER SEE ON THE APP AND I PAID $3.60 FOR THESE TWO TINY COOKIES. LOOKING AT THE PICTURE I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE LARGER COOKIES WITH THE FILLING ON THE INSIDE, KINDA HARD TO TELL AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU IN THE APP THAT THEY ARE TINY MINI COOKIES 🤷🏼

I wish the drinks were more customizable. I ordered something with blue raspberry and coconut and all I could taste was coconut. Not good. Ended up dumping half of it down the drain. Service is always fast and friendly though!

The pumpkin spice Caramel iced latte was amazing, quick, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend
