Firehouse Subs 7th Street

One of the worst experience in sandwich shops, order a sandwich ask for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and I opened up my sandwich and it had a tomato on it luckily. I didn't bite into the sandwich else I would have been going to the hospital, not satisfied they said they were sending me a gift card but I never received it will never eat there again. Jersey Mike's is the only place for sandwiches for me.....

Food is great, but staff is rude. I ordered a sandwhich but requested the meat be changed from one thing to another, but still wanted all the other toppings that came with it. I also requested a glove change for an allergy. They complained very loudly about how much of an inconvenience it was the entire time. Very rude.

We got home with our order - two French Dip sandwiches Thank Goodness I checked our order before I left restaurant - No Au Juice - Mgr laughed and gave the guy who made our Sandwiches a bad time for forgetting this - No I’m sorry about that - A young man by the name of Cooper saved the day and got us our juice - he needs a huge pat on the back he is the one who calmed me down about the error so this customer went away happy - the only reason for the three stars for service was because of Cooper!

We were greeted by Courtney, very polite when placing the order she read it back to me and food was delicious and wasn't rushed out of the restaurant, never heard any yelling or screaming like I did at the st. Cloud location a few weeks ago

Food was great! It was made on time, was ready and hot! Cute little sub shop in Monticello.
