Love having a drive-thru Starbucks in Monticello - finally! The space is really pretty with clean and fresh decor. Very warm and welcoming feeling space. There’s a decent amount of seating, including a quiet patio that’s tucked away on the side away from the highway. Bonus points for all the charging outlets. This is a great new to Monti spot to work, relax, or get together for coffee.

Friendliest staff here and they leave personal notes on each to go cup! They always make my drink right and make small talk at the window! Best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time!

Avid Starbucks customer for 15+ years. My order is simple, hot american with hazelnut and cream. Nearly everytime this locations makes this incorrectly, no cream, no hazelnut, just black coffee, etc.. The price is high - nearly $7 for this order, and its wrong more often than not. I order in drive through, get on the freeway and by the time i realize its wrong, its such an inconvenience to go to the next exit to backtrack and come back. When i reported this, they offered me a $7 refund (one order) and only if i had a Starbucks Visa. Unacceptable. Just need the order right when its this simple and this expensive.

The employees here are beyond fantastic and absolutely turned my day around. They are super on top of allergies and are speedy and accurate on top of it all.

Service has been great at the new Monticello location. Just want to share that the Drive-Thru sign seems to be in a confusing spot as it appears we should turn right by the sign, but we should actually turn right before the sign, so traffic flows the way the arrows ate directing. Would it be better to have the sign on the other side of that median?
