Scooter's Coffee

I’ve been a loyal Scooters customer, but this location has really gone downhill. The last three or four visits, my drink has come with whipped cream, even though I clearly state “no whipped cream” every single time. These drinks aren’t cheap — they’re a luxury item, and I expect them to be made correctly. When I’ve asked them to fix it, I’ve even gotten rude responses from employees. I’ve ended up just taking the wrong drink because I’m tired of the hassle. They used to confirm the order, which prevented these screw-ups — but now that’s gone too, and the quality control is out the window. I know it’s possible to get it right — the Scooters in Hiawatha doesn’t screw things up, and their team is much nicer. This location needs to step up: if I’m paying premium prices, I expect premium servic

Always really friendly staff. Very quick drive thru. One of the few coffee shops in quite a range of the area. When they have sugar cookies they are absolutely the best. Also love the salted caramel latte and butterscotch latte. Sometimes drinks can be a bit sweet so i will ask for partial sweetness.

I absolutely love this place. The coffee is incredible and actually tastes like coffee (not just creamer like other places). The service is great, and everyone that I've talked to here has been so nice. I've had several questions about the different flavors, and they are so patient with answering them. So far, my favorites from here are the Caramelicious iced espresso and the blue raspberry Redbull drink. The cinnamon rolls are also great!
