Triple shot on ice with 3 pumps of liquid cane sugar, heavy cream, & salted caramel cold foam... try it, you won't regret it. Made exactly to my liking. I'll come back again. I recommend this place.

The workers here are so nice and very friendly. I have never had a drink messed up here yet. But other than the amazing workers for the past few weeks I have tried to get any of the banana bread drinks and they are always out. I understand that it's very popular but it's still annoying that they can't keep up with demand and don't have over supply to keep up.

I usually love this place but this morning my order wasn’t made right. I tried to call to let them know but they have no phone number listed on the site so I’m posting here. My Red Bull Blended Strawberry Horizon was made wrong. It usually has these red swills through it, they weren’t there, I don’t know what else is missing but it doesn’t taste the same and it looks odd. At almost $10 dollars for an extra large that’s disappointing. I wish I would have paid attention when it was handed to me because as soon as I looked at it when I got to work I knew it was wrong. It doesn’t usually look like dirty water.

This is our new favorite coffee spot! The Elf theme is really awesome and other competitors should take note of this! Their service has been spot on and then some every time we have been there! This all started on our way to Winter Wonderland in East Peoria! This is definitely our new spot for our little family! Thank you Scooters and staff!

0/10 would not recommend! I went to get my coffee this morning. Lots of new people so I understand people are learning. But my frozen coffee was completely ruined. Wasn’t even frozen. Went to had it back to her and she says “you really need that many shots in your coffee” first off rude as hell! I ignored her comments and told her my drink isn’t made right. She then proceeded to tell me that I don’t know how to make it so how would I know. I then proceeded to tell her I used to work for this store and know how to make my drink! She then said “maybe that’s why you don’t work here anymore”
