Worked as a doordasher today 2/17/2025. I had a double dash order. One to Freddy's and one to this Caseys Location. I've done many door dashes, at many other caseys. Usually i only have to pick up pizza, but today it was just a Monster, zero sugar ultra, 20 oz. NOT ONCE did any of the other Caseys give me the same attitude the girl working today did. Around 130- 2 pm. Didn't learn her name, but she was an older woman. The minute I walked in, she was on the phone. She pointed over between the pizza areas and coolers and said "it's over there" while still on the phone. I said oh okay. Assuming she meant the cooler as I didn't want to "rudely interrupt" her phone call. 🙄 once I grabbed it she yelled across the counter saying "NO, ON THE TABLE over there!" Continuing to point, and was STILL on

The younger kids that work here need to GET OFF THEIR PHONES and do their job. Little black haired girl working on Christmas day needs to be let go. She has no customer service expirence and treats people like dogs. Bring the normal people back. She is the appitamy of what not to be..... and again on 12-27-24 little black haired girl CANNOT GET OFF HER PHONE. Get real employees please

I usually have problems with this place but today I had the best bacon breakfast pizza I have ever had it was so good and and thank you whoever is working keep up the good work Love your pizza

Ordered a pizza and they out sourced my order to door dash which was fine. Then over an hour later still no one picked up my order on door dash so I went to the store to get my pizza instead. Wanted them to cancel the order and I’d pay for it in store. She said she did that and so I payed for it in store. She never canceled my order so I payed over $40 for one pizza. Thanks Casey’s, and I can tell you don’t do anything about things like this happening from the reviews and nothing has changed. Hope your million dollar business enjoyed taking my $40 instead of the $16 the pizza was suppose to be.

Delivery is supposed to start at 4:30 pm Friday-Sunday, according to app, and they don't turn it on until 5:30 pm or whenever they feel like it. Good luck if you want delivery before THEY decide to turn it on! They also have now priced themselves over the quality of the pizza. Worst customer service ever at a Casey's.
