LaGondola

I have ordered from other LaGondola locations. This is by far the worst! I ordered a beef and cheese with no bread (my normal order) $12.71.. I open it at home and there is almost nothing in the container. I called to complain and the manager stated she could remake it but it would look the same. I went and got my money back. I told her if she put that on the bread it wouldn't even be presentable. I'm not going back to that location. I ordered from a different lagondola, mind you they are all owned by the same person, and bomb beef and cheese 👩‍🍳 The manager was not very nice and didn't seem to care about the situation 🤷‍♀️ The first picture is Creve Coeur. Absolutely love this place, better than similar places in the area. The best garlic cheese bread and easy ordering over the phone, fair prices.

Great portions for the price, the half gallon of spaghetti with garlic bread and cinnamon bread was fantastic, I added cheese to the spaghetti, icing for the cinnamon bread and got parmesan on the side, I received everything fast as well and could not be happier

I called to place an order and the lady who took My order was extremely rude when I asked about the total. I asked if She had a total on My order and snidely say no. My girlfriend went to pick up the order and confronted the lady who says She is the manager and was rude again. I will NEVER order from here again. Next time I’ll drive the extra 2 miles and go to Avantis.

Used to come here as a kid and love the food. Now its so skimpy. Advertising 3 torpedoes for $25 but one deluxe and one regular is $28? Wth? And the deluxe is the same as the regular was just loaded with more lettuce! I wont be back.
