Wow, they weren’t lying when they said it’s good — there was definitely a line, and now I see why! Everyone at Scoops was so friendly and accommodating. Even with the line, our order was taken quickly. The ice cream itself was absolutely worth the wait. I had the Cookie Monster sundae with hot fudge topping and crumbled brownie topping, and it was amazing. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Great quality. Hometown favorite. We like the Harley's Hurricane and Ryan's Dream. Everything is tasty, you cannot go wrong. The owner is often in the building serving patrons. We ate our dessert to fast to capture a photo. Yes, it is that good.

Hands down the BEST ice cream in the area—and trust me, we’ve tried them all! The line can look long, but it moves quickly thanks to the friendly, efficient staff. The flavors are amazing, with new ones rotating in all the time, so there’s always something exciting to try. We absolutely love this place and will be so sad when it closes for winter. Get your ice cream fix while you can!

I agree with a few other reviews. Scoops is overpriced. However, I can say the water ice is good. The ice cream is okay. But I won't get it again. This place is the only “local” place to support in the neighborhood (to my knowledge) — unless you go to a chain place down the road. Hints (probably) the long lines depending on the day. It's worth a try at least if have a taste for water ice in my opinion.

Located right on the main road (Fayette Street) near a Gulf gas station and Dragon and Phoenix Chinese restaurant. Great small-town local feel. Lots of interesting flavors to choose from. Really good and high quality ice cream...both hand dipped and soft serve options. Milkshakes and water ices also available. Prices are reasonably for ice of this quality. A few benches in the immediate area to sit and enjoy your frozen treats. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
