AJ BREAD AND BAKERY LLC

I don’t know how I even came across this page on Instagram. I think the bakery gods guided me there. I was able to get to the pop up. Loaded with items even though I didn’t get to pre-order. I met the chef & creator, Justice who is as sweet as his creations. The cheesecake with strawberry purée was heavenly. I tried 5 cinnamon buns. All were fantastic! The first time I’ve come across a chocolate cinnamon bun. They are delicious! Definitely all are big enough to share but you don’t have to. There are other items on my list to try. I have had many of Justice's menu items and they are all amazing. I don't know how to pick a favorite. The bread is delicious, the cookies are outstanding, the cheesecakes are delicious, and best of all the lemon bars are top notch. Not only is he the kindest person, but he is so grateful and professional. His system is so easy and organized. I would recommend his baked goods to anyone.

The sourdough is amazing and the chocolate chip cookie might be the best cookie I've ever had in my life (and I'm someone who's had more than their fair share). Justice is a really good dude too. You can't go wrong with anything.

Jalepeño Cheddar Sourdough is off the charts! He also makes very good sundred tomato basil focaccia, peach scones, chocolate chip cookies and maritozzis - always smiling upon pickup; good customer service. If you like spicy absolutely do not miss the Jalepeño Cheddar 🔥 P.S. #Gus 🐶 also approves

Wow, he knows what he is doing. Maratozi was phenomenal, I would buy it every time I see it. The cookies were absolutely delightful. Worth every penny. 100% recommend, 100% seeking him out for more. 100% chance if increasing my blood sugar.
