Schwan's Home Delivery

I am a disabled Vietnam Marine veteran my wife is a disabled schoolteacher of 25 years we have been very loyal customers for over 15 years because of our disabilities, after placing my order for which I do every two weeks and it’s always over $100, I only received a partial order Found out that loyal customers have no priority, new customers have priority it’s all about the money, my truck driver sold my order before he got to me and I only received a partial order. Tried to call management ,would not take my call So much for being a loyal customer all these years. The truck drivers are on a commission basis. And now the loyal customers don’t mean anything. Very very sad my driver knows I am disabled

The customer service stinks and the delivery is not much better. The 3 to 5 PM delievery changed to 7 to 9 PM and customer service can't call the driver on the "cell Phone" to find out where he is and or when is going to show up. Because, per the customer service, she doesn't have his Cell phone number. The customer service can't give the phone numbers of the local offices eventhough they are "public" company and phone numbers are published and available in the Internet. The level of care with the customer service makes me worried when am I going to receive my food and or if I receive it what quality of food is it going to be???

Great food. Check out Schwans in your area. I've been a customer for about 30 years.
