Schwan Food Co

I have ordered Schwan’s a few times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME I was charged for items I didn’t order or I had ordered but were out of stock. The website states I will not be charged for items out of stock only what I receive. Everytime this happens I call customer service and ask for a refund. Which is why I gave one star because I don’t have to fight with them for a refund it’s just issued BUT I have to call back multiple times because it takes weeks for the refund to process through. SCHWAN’S food is too expensive for this annoyance. Save your money and just order fresh food off Amazon

Please advise your truck drivers to not tailgate my car during a impromptu snow storm. And then the truck passes me and the car infront of me, with on coming traffic coming.... while the roads are completely covered in slush. Thanks. 11/24 4:55pm-ish on 202 going to Concord. Will be sure to not utilize Schwan in the future.

Best ice cream sandwiches ever and we always have the nicest delivery drivers! It’s exciting waiting for your delivery.

Schwan's does not keep to their delivery time. One week they never showed up!
