Frekey’s Dairy Freeze

Family-friendly ice cream stand offers a great variety of delicious treats and a lovely setting to relax. Plenty of parking is available, but no restrooms are provided. Picnic tables and benches are available , outdoor seating only. A wide variety of flavors of hard ice cream plus soft serve, sundays, flurries, and more. No cooked food or adult beverages. Generous portions and reasonable prices. A true local favorite.

Our local ice cream place. Its had several owners over the years. And all have had decent selection. Most recently I got soft several as it nice to mix up my ice cream depending on my mood. One of our family members over the dairy free option and was happy they could join n o. The fun. It was more creamy then most dairy free. So yummy!

Line moved quickly, plenty of staff, a great selection of hard and soft ice cream, love their flurries. As a senior I like their kiddie cups/sundaes...just right!

The ice cream was very good. After we purchased 4 ice creams I asked if I could have a cup of water because I was very hot. I was told no that they would only sell me one. A family member purchased a bottle of water but I don't think that this was a good way to treat a paying customer. I was only asking for a paper cup of water.

Countless flavors, dairy free options as well as featuring a "pup-cone" for dogs (plain ice cream with a dog bone biscuit)! Cannot wait to try their other specialties such as frappes and shakes, etc!
