Savory Catering by Holiday Inn

I photographed The Great North Pole event and was genuinely impressed with Savory Catering from start to finish. They served a huge group of people incredibly quickly, and everything felt calm, organized, and intentional. No long waits, just really smooth service. The food was fantastic, and watching the VIP tables receive synchronized service (everyone served at the exact same moment) was especially impressive and elevated the entire experience. It was also great to see Savory handle bar service in-house with licensed bartenders, which made everything flow seamlessly. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly well-trained.
