Taco Loco

This place was phenomenal. I drove past and always wondered what taco truck food tastes like. Long story short, these were the best tacos I’ve ever had. They had just the right amount of spice and the flavor was unparalleled to anything I’ve ever had before. The guy was extremely nice and even brought the food out to my truck. I would highly recommend this food truck to anyone who drives past.

I always get super excited and look forward to visiting Jesus! My boyfriend got me hooked on his tacos, and we visit him whenever possible after work. Understandably he loves to see repeat customers ☺️ No matter how my day has gone beforehand, he always lifts my mood with his friendliness and relatability. The tacos are authentically made on the spot and are delicious, plus he has always gotten just the right heat tolerance, whether it be extra spicy or very little heat. He isn't always there, but from in person interaction, if I remember right it's because he's figuring out what days work best for him with busy days. If you see him parked out there I highly recommend you visit and give him a try!

Such absolute sweet service! The food is authentically good! Just the right amount of spice. We had their taco special. 7 tacos for $21. They also had Mexican coke with the good sugar and Fanta. It's cash only so bring your cash. I chose 4 birria, but they also have chicken, carne asada and carnitas. Soooo good! You have to come try this!

Jesus is amazing! I stopped here with my partner one day and we tried one of everything he had. His agua fresca is delicious, he seasons the meat to perfection, and you definitely get your moneys worth here. I don’t live in Fargo but I’ll make it a point to stop wherever the truck is to grab food any time I’m in town.

Best taco truck in Fargo. Hands down, authentic flavors. Instantly transported me back to the South West in memories. The gentleman working tonight was more than helpful, and when I asked for caliente, all he asked how hot? I sad the hottest. He didn’t disappoint. Very very happy with the food. Thank you so much. I will be back.
