so glad there’s a permanent location now! i finally stopped by for dinner and was treated to one of my favorites: chili rellenos. delicious!

We hired Maria's to cater a party at our home and it was amazing. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made hosting so convenient! 10/10 would recommend Maria's for catering, dine-in, or takeout.

Saw this place before it opened, as I walk downtown a lot, and was really excited to try it. It was definitely good, but I had previously had their catering for a company event and would say that was better. Overall, for a quick burrito downtown it is a great option. Atmosphere is upbeat and colorful. Unfortunately a lot of AI generated images on their slideshow :(

We heard about Maria's Mexican restaurant from some friends, they were in Downtown Fargo recently and stumbled upon this restaurant a half block west of Broadway on the Northside of 1st Avenue. They went on and on about the food, and how great it is and that the service was spot on. Since I saw the impression it had on them we took a 30 mile drive to check it out today. We were not disappointed, the food is not only flavorful and savory, it's down right Delicious! This establishment has created a place that allowed me to reminisce with forgotten tastes of years gone by while providing an excellent overall experience. Definitely on my list when we go into Fargo from now on.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Todd R.
