I had this restaurant saved in my google maps for a long time and I happened to be in the neighborhood so I was finally able to stop by and give it a try. The food was amazing! I arrived shortly after they opened and there were plenty of seats available and more people started coming in. The portion size for the price (pre fix special) was excellent, lots of options to choose from and all the food tasted fresh. The service was great too, my cup was constantly being filled up with water which I appreciated. I am definitely looking forward to going back and trying more dishes. Highly recommend!!

My friend and I went for lunch, and everything was really good! Between us we got saag paneer, paneer tikka masala, and chana masala. We also got a vegetable samosa, and it was ginormous. There was so much naan, and it was thick but flaky and buttery. The portions were great. We both took food home. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. We loved our experience, and the staff were so nice. Highly recommend for the lunch special and samosas!!

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! The hospitality was warm and welcoming — the staff made us feel so comfortable and home welcoming vibes. This place is hands down the best homemade authentic Indian food in Manhattan, New York! They have a wide variety of vegetarian options. We were regulars here, coming every week. They even give out free lentil chips and chutney! Their price-fix special is an incredible deal!

I’m very picky when it comes to Indian food but I got a recommendation to check this spot out and I’m impressed. They were able to adjust the spice levels per individual requests and each dish turned out exactly as we hoped. The staff is really helpful and remained patient with our large group. I’m excited to have found a reliable laid back punjabi restaurant. Lastly I have to shout out the laccha paratha!
