Sarku Japan

The quality of food and the customer service at this location is poor. I ordered take out and had someone pick it up. When I received my food it was not prepared the way I ordered it on the app. I tried calling the restaurant and of course the phone just rings and rings and it finally goes to a voicemail that is full. If you want the Sarku food that you have come to enjoy and love visit a different location. At least if you have a problem, you can get it resolved.

I am utterly disappointed by my visit to this particular Sarku Japan location. The service was a complete animalistic experience from the consistent quality I've experienced at other franchises. I watched as an employee tried to sell pre-prepped food that had been sitting on the counter, telling me "it's already made and there's nothing we can do." When I was forced to order another food item, I was once again forced to take my own tray from their cooking station after they “heated” the chicken for my food, they insisted was "company standard." WHICH IS NOT This is absolutely not how Sarku Japan operates. The combination of pushing old food and making the customer perform part of the service is lazy and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this specific location and would advise

Decent option for price and speed, although I found it a little stingy that fried or brown rice costs extra for the teriyaki bowls. Taste was pretty good and service was quick if a little disorganized. Not bad, would come again if I were wanting a quick bite.

My 1st time here and I’m not impressed. 3 guys standing around while the sushi guy is working his tail off. They give you a number but then they don’t call the number? Too slow. I will not be back! It wasn’t even that busy!

Hi - I had the spicy tuna roll. The tuna tasted fresh - as I had expected, being that I might have been the first customer of the day. So everything was fresh. But it was the texture of the rice that threw things off for me. I wasn't expecting the rice to taste so bland, and even though tightly rolled, it still lacked the density I am accustomed to. I'll be back to try other items. The young men were friendly and efficient.
