I’ve ordered this from Uber Eats before and it has never disappointed. But this time I ordered late, right before they were about to close. When the food arrived, it didn’t taste to good so I turned on my flash to make sure everything was cooked well and saw this in my veggies looks like a burnt maggot to me. I was immediately disgusted and threw my food away !!

SLOPPY service. ZERO attention to detail!! I ordered online the Chicken Teriyaki with fried rice. In the extras column, I selected: veggies, & sauce, electing to pay $1.10 more for the veggies and $0.60 more for the sauce. They brought my order with the chicken served up on a load of cabbage with one stalk of broccoli -- NO rice. I called the restaurant and asked them to replace it. They spent 10 minutes arguing with me about how they didn't read the order the way I placed it. Fine. You made a mistake, but you still need to replace the order. They didn't want to do that so I will be disputing the charge with my card company. They have lost my business forever. They had the opportunity to fix this, and make it right. INSTEAD, they took the bad impression cemented in my memory.

I’ve been going here consistently for about four months now and while my experience used to be great, it has now been disappointing the past four to five times. The beef teriyaki is my go-to order, yet every single time I’ve ordered it recently, every piece of beef is chewy and inedible. This is a huge disappointment because everything else on the menu that I’ve ordered has been good, but the main dish is never satisfactory.
