They’re fast and give great service and food is delicious 😋 I gave it a 3 only due to being located in the mall. Love the teriyaki chicken over fried rice with extra vegetables. Their chicken dumplings are good as well you can always get soba noodles instead of rice and that’s delicious too. I come here often when I don’t make dinner at home and the price is very reasonable. Large portions and hits the taste buds just right. They can be very busy but when it is, you still don’t wait long. Always a favorite go too when you just don’t want to cook and kids like it as well. Must try it if you haven’t. Spring rolls are awesome!

We got chicken teriyaki with extra chicken. The price went up a bit and the container has shrunk a bit. It’s still tasty. What I don’t like is the vegetables are no longer grilled but cooked in the back kitchen. Overall it’s still delicious. I like their sauce and I’ve asked for extra teriyaki sauce. The cooking seems hygienic as the chefs are wearing mouth mask. I’ll return.

Got food here and ordered a diet coke, the girl working there said the diet coke was out of order, so I just asked for a lemonade instead. Got the food, it was fine, and took a sip of the lemonade and it had this gag-inducing moldy mildew taste to it that was nauseating. I went back and politely told her that the lemonade tasted very off with that mold taste, and asked if I could please just have a bottle of water instead. She immediately got pissed and said "Well that's just how our lemonade tastes." She proceeds to tell me I shouldn't have ordered it if I didn't like lemonade, and says she needs to watch me throw it out myself in the trash in the foodcourt before she'll give me the water. I threw it in the trash and she says "Did you throw it out?! Cause I can't take back the old one you

Food always amazing, service too. my one gripe is that I always see the gentleman in the red chef-like hat going back and forth from seafood (shrimp) to the beef/chicken. It’s disgusting. I always see this, and no I do NOT want to reach out to your email. This gentleman has been making food at this location for at least a couple years, so you would expect basic food safety precautions. I don’t have an allergy to seafood, but you can really kill someone who does with practices like this.

Your typical Sarku. Food was as expected. Ordered the fried rice double chicken. At this location they charge extra for fried rice. Other location the fried rice does not have an additional charge. Considering Portion and taste, it was as expected. The chicken dumpling were unimpressive.
