Santo Ceviche

This place is awesome! The food was on point and the whole vibe was great. I got the Salmon Poke Bowl. The mango was perfect and the salmon was crispy. My family got the Tuna Poke Bowl, Blackened Shrimp Tacos, and Sweet Plaintains. Everything was great and would go again.

We had the Tuna ceviche, Causa de Pollo, the Tuna Tartare Sandwich & Pork Belly Bun which were all amazing! It was all delicious and full of flavor! Will definitely be coming back. Perfect spot after an amazing day at the beach ⛱️

What a great spot! The food, the flamingos, and the music… what a great atmosphere! The ceviche tostadas and fish tacos are out of this world! It’s about a 45 minute drive from us, but will be making this trip often. New favorite spot! ❤️‍🔥

Honestly what a perfect ceviche bowl after a day at the beach. The restaurant gives fast food vibes, with a great price point. However the food couldn’t be further from that. We got the yuca fries and a tuna bowl and I swear I’ve paid more for less! Absolutely loved this place and will be back soon.
