Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

I recently placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. We also specifically requested no onions in the kids' enchilada, but it came with onions anyway, and the cheese wasn't melted. Unfortunately, the overall flavor wasn't good either. I’ve always liked supporting local spots, but this experience felt below the usual standard. It seems like this Santiago’s could benefit from some improvements! I think part of why it remains popular is that there aren’t many strong alternatives in the area, but a refresh might help.

Dine- In only with table service or take out- Santiago's are usually order at counter & go or stay so it's different. Chips & salsa w/ dine in- meal came out fast Food was hot for a change - most Denver locations serve food that's barely warmed Waitress was AHMAZING she came by at just the right time for everything

Don't get me wrong. I love Santiago's but this one needs a little bit of work. Every time I've gone through the drive-thru at this one, my food comes back of a lesser quality than the other Santiago's that I have visited. This includes Brighton, Loveland and Firestone. Do it go a little further? Most of the time the food seems like it sits in a heat tray too long. It's dry and Chewy. May need to be paying attention to the food temp. Not to overheat and dry out but keep at a safe level. Little extra effort would pick this rating up by at least two to three stars

My wife and I always eat at the Santiago’s in Frederick but we were in Fort lupton and decided to eat at Santiago’s there. Food was horrible . Beans were burnt had the flavor of burnt beans. I asked for extra hot and got mild. You can’t order just one enchilada like you can in Frederick. Took for ever to get our food at the drive thru and it was full of kids working. Wont be going back. Sticking to Frederick Santiago’s

Always love Santi's, friendly staff, consistently great food. You can always count on every location having fresh, fulfilling and tasty food. Love the tacos, green chili, and burritos. Weither you go with mild, half and half, or hot the green chili is perfect for every meal.
