Fort Lupton is lucky to have this delicious spot. Found Raw Roots by accident today and I’m so grateful. Vegan options galore! The matcha was the real deal, the strawberry lemonade was spectacular. The avocado toast was so good I wish I would have done a double order. Don’t skip the cheesecake. It’s creamy, vegan, and beyond excellent. I will go out of my way to return to this place. Excellent service and conversation. I can’t wait to go back.

Delicious!!! I had the breakfast pizza slice. It was full of flavor with a nice thin sourdough crust. The roots down raw juice I got was fantastic. I can't wait to try something new next time. This is a must try! And supports local businesses :)

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this cute little place on our way to the airport and we are so happy that we did! The owner is so incredibly sweet and accommodating, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is great as well! Coming here felt like getting a homemade breakfast at grandma and grandpa’s house as a kid. Love the natural and organic ingredients and how passionate they are about keeping the ingredients clean! Loved hearing a little bit about their story as well!

Gluten-free choices, pizza, and sandwiches. Dairy free options, too. Fresh juices are made on site. Water is available by the gallon. Highly recommend for anyone who has a sensitive stomach. Mushroom coffee.
