Hard Bean Coffee

Not a great experience, I went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes for 1 24 oz coffee and 1 breakfast sandwich. The coffee was the wrong order and was made with water not milk. The sandwich was not toasted. I went for a refund since I paid almost $15 for my order. I asked for the refund and explained what happened. The lady with dark hair was very kind and understanding but there was a blonde haired woman who was very defensive and rude cutting into the conversation. I told them about the coffee and the blonde said "well I didn't know that you ordered a different drink" I said okay I just want a refund please. And she then went on to explain that the 24oz is made with only one shot of expresso and water. I ordered a white mocha with non fat milk and got a mocha with 1 shot and

Fun name. Hard to park managed to get in and order regular coffee. Many options. Smoothies ice cream lattes!!

I love the coffee here and their danishes although i don’t typically cross paths with a friendly employee. Customer service can definitely improve. It’s a cute little place. Today I went to get coffee this morning before starting my errands and there were 2 gentleman waiting outside for an employee to show up to open up the building that was around 7am today. Long story short no one opened the building up and I had to go elsewhere. Super unprofessional!

LOVE the atmosphere and normally the customer service, however the cost for items they have not perfected is what made them loose stars in this review. The milk shakes are watered down and taste like It was made with ice like smoothies. The Frozen mocha tast like coffee beans and chocolate blendef with ice. Ant other restaurant makes a better blend (McDonald's, Burger King, Chickfila, Starbucks, Ziggis,....

I've always been pleased with my visits. The baristas take care to make sure my coffee is made to order. The food is delicious and a real treat.
