Not sure how you guys don’t have any Google reviews yet, so here is the first one! Food tastes great and healthy. Pleasantly surprised that protein portions are enough to feed the family. Usually, most meal prep services skimp out on protein. This is a HUGE plus and why are ordering again. As busy parents, we love the convenience of having the meals delivered by 5pm. No dishes, no cooking. Sanity during the weekdays. Keep up the great work and hope you guys expand your local business.

I’m so glad we found this place. These are homemade meals cooked by experienced chefs. Almost feels like you have your own private chef! I’m a busy working mom to a toddler AND I’m currently rehabbing an ankle injury, so I need all the help I can get right now! Was using factor meals for a while and factor meals felt like TV dinners. SMSC has great food, like another reviewer mentioned, they’re surprised by the protein portions SMSC doesn’t skimp out on protein (at least for land meat protein). As someone who likes to cook herself, I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for homecooked meals, bc takeout all the time doesn’t feel too healthy. Even after my ankle injury is healed I can still see myself using SMSC for couple meals in the week just to help this busy working mom
