Fabulous casual Mountain Wedding Food! Trays of freshly baked Ciabatta, ham or turkey, Swiss, arugula, pepper jelly & cream cheese sandwiches. Or Veggie hummus, local radish & micro greens sandwiches. Gluten free grilled tofu with fermented beets & quinoa salad. Spiced ginger molasses & coconut chocolate chip cookies made with just the right amount of sweetness! Sue and her team prepared the perfect spread for our after ceremony nosh!
