Sam's Fish Chicken & Sandwiches

Absolutely horrible. Placed an order through DoorDash, not knowing that they don’t even utilize DoorDash… they deliver the food themselves. I waited over an hour and a half for my food, which ONLY arrived because I called the store, and was meant with a bitter, rude and uninterested woman. When the food finally showed up, it was literally so soggy it was wet, sweaty and beyond limp. I wasted $60 dollars on this for my family… super upsetting. I know they definitely understand wasted food for the family… Needles to say ALL of my food ended up in the garbage Never again. Would not recommend to anybody.

Food was gross- tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I had the whole wings, they were super tiny as well. They went downhill. Will try another place or just make my own. I’ll go there to buy lemon pepper though. That’s about it

I just ordered 3 meals that came out to be $45.89. I’m highly disappointed with my meal. The only time my meals are good is if the Owner is in. All my meals had something wrong with them. My catfish steak was very small and I got a large I should’ve got the small bc it wasn’t a difference. They were also still slimy from not being cooked all the way and I asked to fry it hard. Next was the double cheeseburger and the Philly cheesesteak. I paid extra to have More meat on my Philly, but receive lesser meat on my food than the regular Philly and barely any sauce. My cheeseburger was dry, and the bread was hard, meat wasn’t seasoned and barely sauce on that. The only time the food is really good and made the way it’s supposed to be made is if the OWNER is in. Came here ordered a VL burger (gyro burger) They thought I said a regular gyro the man got mad and snatched the food out my hands and said that I said gyro like why would I ask for mayonnaise on my gyro and my food was cold when he finally got me and my uncle order right

Absolutely terrible will not be spending my money here ever again. I placed a delivery order online. I get a phone call from a woman there telling me the prices online aren’t accurate and I would have to pay more for the amount of wings I ordered. When I had an issue she hung up on me. They cancelled my order with no refund. I call again and a man answers and tells me they are too busy to stay on the phone. What kind of customer service is that. BaBas is way better
