Big O's BBQ

When I don’t feel like cooking, I always go to Big O’s Bbq. Family owned, super friendly, and great food. Everything from rib tips to hot links to catfish 🙌🏻 Go get you some! And don’t forget to get you some caramel cake! 10/10 (Almost forgot to take a photo and already started eating 🤦🏻‍♀️)

This is takeout only. I've had both the rib tips and the sausage and I think the rib tips are really very good. I like them a little bit better cooked than just being chewy. The sauce is excellent and I'm surprised they don't sell it. Downside that I would see is that they soak the fries in barbecue sauce which make it hard to resist end up eating the whole thing which I don't want to do with french fries. I try to come here every two weeks and it's always good food.

Okay I had to double back a second time before I gave my review, first time I went I got the hot links and tip combo with a order of chicken wings and this time I got rib tips and catfish fillet dinner, a side of greens and yams, and 2 cups of sauce,honestly everything was delicious! The rib tips were tender and chewable, as well as the hot links, the catfish was fried good and flaky in the middle a little salty but could be me since being in these 40s for a while I tend to taste a lot of salt 🫤 greens and yams was also good! And last thing the sauce! now y'all know that sauce is good 😊 tequila even told me herself 👍🏼 we need to be able to get a bottle of that 💯

My husband and I just left Big Os BBQ… and let me tell you. Absolutely fantastic. The customer service is excellent and the family running the place are truly warm and welcoming. Now for the food... Make sure to go on an empty stomach because the portions are large and the flavor is even bigger. We got the BBQ chicken and the fried wings, with Mac and cheese and dressing. Everything was so good we had to go back to try their carmel cake as well. Also very delicious. Definitely try this place out and make sure to get extra mild sauce because it was bussin! You will not be disappointed!!!

Great food and friendly staff. I love the sauce. I’ve had the rib tips and sausage so far and they are both great. Will definitely go back. Great that there’s some BBQ in DeKalb now.
