Saito and Pho Restaurant

ordered the eye-round steak and brisket pho along with the wafu steak, plus the tempura and sashimi add-on (which came with two shrimp, a few veggies, and five pieces of sashimi). From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we kept hearing the sound of sizzling plates coming from the kitchen, that’s the wafu steak, and it’s absolutely worth the noise. It was tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite dish of the night, honestly even better than their pho, which was still very good. While I probably wouldn’t come back specifically for the pho, I’d come back for that wafu steak any day. The restaurant stayed busy the entire time we were there, the staff did a good job keeping our waters full, and the place was decently clean despite the crowd. For over a decade Saito and Pho Restaurant has been providing unique flavors, fun fusions, and bringing the comfort food dishes of the japanese and Vietnamese culture to their menu. Serve is fair, parking is limited, and they accepts cash or credit card payment.

On Valentine's Day, we looked for an Asian cuisine for dinner. We found Saito & Pho in Ewa Beach. Wagyu steak med rare, with miso soup and side sashimi and vegetable tempura. Also, a Nabeyaki udon; tasty broth, chicken, bamboo shoots, cabbage, shrimp. vegatable tempura and sashimi on the side. It looked like a newly renovated parlor with a simple setting for fast in and out customers. The track lighting gave a beautiful evening dinner for couples and families who came to eat. We enjoyed our meal and will come again.

One of the best Pho in Ewa Beach. We often come here for their Pho in the weekend, but today we decided to try something new. I really like the garlic tofu. 😋

Having dinner at Saito and Pho gave my family different options from Japanese or having a beef noodle soup for dinner. We enjoyed our meal. Dad and #1 daughter had sizzling Wafu Steak, veggie tempura, and ahi sashimi, #1 son had chicken katsu curry, #2 son had pho noodles with extra beef. Grand babies enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was very tasty. Will come again.
