Sage Creamery

My sister mentioned this ice cream spot recently opened near her house, and when I looked at the flavors, I definitely wanted to check it out. We stopped by at around 2:30 on a Saturday. I tried the mango sticky rice and Laie snow cream, and also ordered a mint mojito iced coffee. The mango sticky rice was just okay but I really liked the snow cream. The mint mojito coffee was great too (reminded me of Philz coffee) but could have used way less ice in it. We ended up coming back the next day to try some more flavors - ube crinkle cookie, and Thai tea oreo. Both of these were really good. If you're looking for unique/Asian-inspired flavors, Sage Creamery is where it's at!

It was great. If you like flavorful ice cream that doesn't use coloring or artificial flavors this is for you. We got the oreo and coffee and the lemon one. They were so amazing that we got 3 pints of ice cream home. Just amazing

Cute icecream shop on the corner, next to Hawaii Pediatric dentistry and near Domino's Pizza. Perfect blend of Icecream and coffee on a hot day. There's tables and chairs outside so you can enjoy it with family and friends, but parking is limited to the street. I'm always up for trying something new and their coffee mint mohito is a hit for me. First time trying it and I'm definitely coming back here again! 🤗❤

Super small and quaint coffee and ice cream shop. The different types of ice cream make it super hard to choose but I really don’t think you can go wrong. I think everything is made in house. I want to also say it’s locally sourced. Regardless the island flavors are definitely well represented. I ordered the Ube cookie crunch and I was not disappointed. The cookie crunch part of it all was the highlight. Going back to buy a pint to share with the family.

With humble beginnings at farmers markets and then a food truck, Sage Creamery opened up their first brick and mortar store in the newly built Hoopili development. They create Hawai’i-inspired ice creams with high quality organic dairy with locally sourced ingredients, including vanilla beans from Laie Vanilla Company, chocolate from Manoa Chocolate, and kiawe honey from Manoa Honey & Mead. We ordered the Monoa Rocky Road, Ube cookies and cream, and Kiawe honey lavender. Super creamy and each flavor exemplifies exactly what their title states while enjoying flavors made from local vendors and product in Hawaii.
