Saigon Hot Pot

Food was awesome. We did the combination barbecue and hot pot. It's all you can eat for $32.99 each. And an extra $5 for hot pot each. We left there completely stuffed and could not eat another bite. Stephanie, who worked as the hostess and waitress was absolutely great. I don't understand where these people down in the reviews, think this place was bad. They're probably the same people who go out and get general tso's chicken 😄😄.

Came here with some friends and had a really good experience. The hot pot was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were great. The staff were friendly and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was okay. Overall a nice place to hang out and enjoy a good hot pot meal. I’d come back again!

Sai Gon Hot Pot and Korean BBQ is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food is incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and there’s a huge variety to choose from—whether you’re in the mood for hot pot, Korean BBQ, or a mix of both. Every dish came out tasting clean, vibrant, and well-prepared. A special shoutout to Kristy, who was an amazing waitress and bartender. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service really stood out. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a great time. P.S. Kristy, Mikey is the one who shut the fan off lol

Absolutely delicious! We live in Boston and go to Q HotPot in Chinatown which is delicious as well and Saigon Hot Pot is just as yummy and is rated in our opinion just as good if not better. Vanessa, who waited on us was very nice, gave great suggestions and was very attentive to our needs. Love HotPot not just because of the fun concept of cooking with friends and great conversation while you get to add so many yummy ingredients and try new ones, and share. Highly recommend!

First time coming, very poor experience. The waitress who I think was the manager did not explain how the hotpot worked. When we asked if and where the sauce bar was she was annoyed and said she already told us where it was. Overall felt uncomfortable and wont come back. The hot pot in Providence has a much better atmosphere and more variety.
