SAGE Publishing

I ordered a book from Sage Publishing on July 25th (Nine Dimensions of Scaffolding for Multilingual Learners) and despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received it. I was told it shipped on October 21st, but no tracking number, no updates, and no delivery. This has been one of the most unreliable and frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve had with any publishing company. Communication is poor, timelines are unclear, and customer support is unhelpful. I rely on professional books for my work, and this delay has caused major inconvenience. If you need your order to arrive on time or expect transparent customer service, I would strongly reconsider ordering directly from Sage.

Pretty good customer service. Not much to say about a publisher. I bought 4 news writing books. They arrived in good shape.
