Ruya Turkish Food

We stopped here while on a roadtrip, and it was so great! The owner made us some Turkish teas while we waited for our food, which was nice because it was a little chilly outside. We got the Chicken Shawarma and the Lamb Kabob and they were both so tasty. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Boise!

I recently moved to Idaho and have been on the hunt for Turkish food for a few months. I finally stumbled across Recep at Ruya Turkish Food and I'm so happy I did!! The prices are great and food is even better. Everything is made fresh, with suuuper delicious ingredients and they get stuff like drinks imported too, so you can get the full experience of Turkish food. You can tell Recep really loves what he does and you can taste it too!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Ruya Turkish Food and had an amazing experience! The shawarma tastes authentic and full of flavor. The meat is tender, perfectly seasoned, and wrapped in fresh bread. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size you get. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Turkish food and great shawarma. Definitely not my last visit!

Owner is very kind and we got there as he opened he made some of the food right away and brought the rest out so we didn’t have to wait. Was very kind to the kids and even my picky kids LOVED IT!!’ 100 out of 5 stars!!!the shawarma and the kebabs were killer definitely coming back. First time having it and won’t be the last!!

This is a Food truck located on Broadway that serves the most delicious Turkish dishes including Lamb and chicken shawarma. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful and he always makes sure that the food is always prepped fresh it may be bit a of a while but it’s very worth it so I would recommend and would definitely be back soon 10/10.
