Food was excellent! I had the brown stew chicken, cabbage, rice and beans and all items were very flavorful! My son had the jerk chicken and mac n cheese. He chose the mild sauce which had a good kick and great flavor. Would highly recommend. Portions are generous.

AMAZING! I am traveling from out of town and got an invite to eat lunch here. I must say the oxtails where cooked perfectly! Most definitely will visit them again.

Me and my husband tried this restaurant for the first time and the service alone from Omar and Chef Robert was amazing and outstanding. Very professional and very accommodating. We got a plate of oxtails with two sides and we also got a combination plate with curry Mutton and oxtails with 2 sides. The food was great , the oxtails especially . We like our food spicy and chef made that possible for us . The only thing I would say can be improved is a bit more flavor in the curry mutton but that’s probably cause i like my food a bit high seasoned ( but I understand when you’re cooking for a large amount of people you can’t over seasoned) But I can tell you the mutton was good and HAD NO RANK Or Strong Goat taste , they did well . Ive given this place 3 tries and they piss me off everytime! The problem is I'm actually Jamaican and whoever the cook is here clearly isn't. Nvm the sign outfront that says Oxtails with an S, thats your first warning. They use the wrong curry and add things they shouldn't. They have no idea what stew chicken or brown stew chicken actually is, just that its brown. The only half decent thing here is the Oxtail"s" (-_-) except they're charging like 25$+ for it and the damn beef patties at 5$+.. Oh did I mention the Curry Goat starts at 20$ i just left NYC where curry goat is 14$.. So basically you need to be rich, havr no taste buds, and br unfamiliar with actual Jamaican food. Otherwise its just vexation waiting for you here. The Staff are also very nice and courteous. They dont even realiz
