Ruby Tuesday

I come w my family almost every month, we get the same thing every time. The mashed potatoes are always questionable but everything else is good, idk why my brother always gets the mashed potatoes and always gets disappointed lol. Always coming back :)

Went to Ruby Tuesdays 11/9/25 in Waterville Maine. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Now as someone who’s lived down south and has had homemade chicken and waffles, and chicken and waffles from Waffle House I was expecting the real thing. And to be completely honest I was absolutely disgusted with what was presented to me. Microwaved chicken tenders that was over cooked. And Pre packaged store bought Belgian sugar waffles that was rock hard and cold. The waffles was inedible the chicken tenders over cooked and the cider sauce on the side almost made me puke it was so bad! As someone who’s worked for mutable 4.8/5 star restaurants this is absolutely disgusting and why I don’t eat at chain restaurants. This place seems stuck in the past with beat up booths and terrible decor. I feel that once we walked into the building we knew that the meal wasn't any good. From the service we had to ask for straws we never got plates for our appetizer to share and once our meal came and I took one bite of my extremely hot deconstructed kebab there was a problem. I literally couldn't bite my beef that I had it was so old. I mean I could eat any food to a certain degree but this literally took the cake as the wosrt meal I've ever had at a restaurant bar none. The manager assured me after we complained to the waitress that couldn't seem to really bother with us that the meal wasn't microwaved except the rice but both the rice and vegetables were at the same scorching hot temperature But oddly eno

Amanda was an amazing server. Food was great and very tasty. Had some reservations as the Ruby Tuesdays in Brewer,me closed after having bad service and serving undercooked food. This one was a great reminder of what Ruby Tuesdays excels at.

The parking lot was busy when I first pulled up and we still got sat right away. Service was quick and great. Came for the salad bar and was not disappointed. Everything was full, I got everything I wanted! My server Sandy was great. She was right on top of drinks and anything else I needed.
