Ruby Tuesday

Stayed at a nearby hotel and was super excited to see a Ruby Tuesday still in existence since all back home have shuttered. Walked there 1/2 mile in the rain. That’s how determined I was! Got there around 6:00-6:30 on a Tuesday and was greeting by a very friendly server who sat me at my table and waiting on me. If I recall, his name was Jordan. Besides the bartender, he and maybe only one other server was working but the restaurant was very slow considering it was dinner time. While I was looking at the menu, Jordan let me know that the special of the day was 1/2 off all smash burgers! Opted for the triple smash which is normally $17 so about $8.50 SOLD! I also added the endless salad bar for about $7 which is one of the main reasons I miss frequenting RT. The salad bar was freshly stocked

Ruby Tuesday has always been a pleasant Restaurant for me and my husband. We were sad when our local one closed. When we travel and see one - we always try to eat there. This one was very convenient and located down the street from our hotel. It was clean with nice Christmas decorations. The hostess was friendly and seated us in a timely manner. Our waitress was wonderful- friendly knowledgeable and proficient. She was busy but made us feel like we were her only customers. The menu had a variety of choices with new dishes added. We love the salad bar and always add with our meal. It didn't disappoint- fresh with all their signature choices. The sweet tea and lemonade were good. Our food came quickly- hot and tasted good. Took 40 minutes to pickup an online order after arriving. Restaurant staff told me “someone must have taken your chicken sandwich and we’ll remake it”. After the long wait, I got home and bit into a RAW chicken sandwich. Will not be going back to this location.

Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays for a while since the one in Columbia closed. We always liked the all you can eat salad bar so we thought we'd try the one in Lithium Heights on February 9. When we walked in the hostess asked how many - 2 and then she said let me see what's available and started to look at a pad on the hostess stand. Another couple walked in behind us, she asked how many and then asked all 4 of us to have a seat in the waiting area. It wasn't crowded. Then she proceeded to tell the couple that came in after us to follow her to a table. After that seated us. I'm thinking this isn't a good start. We sat in the bar area and the bartender/server was great. She quickly took our drink order and then or food order. Food was quick and good. We got the smash burger with tots and th

We brought my sister and brother-in-law to the Ruby Tuesday's location in Linthicum, MD for a birthday lunch for my sister. Cati was attentive, kind, and so patient with the children. She was thoughtful and so sensitive to all of the children's needs, but in particular, the two children with autism. Our food came out accurate, prompt, hot, and fresh. Our drinks were refilled even before they ran out. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh. An overall excellent visit! Thank you so much!
