Bubbakoo's Burritos

Solid burrito spot. Got the steak hibachi burrito. The meat is made on the grill while the rest of your burrito is assembled. The veggies are fine but a bit mushy which probably means they were cooked earlier. The rice is fine. The pico isn’t chunky. The hot sauce was great. I love that fresh sliced jalapeños and slivered red onions are available. Tabasco bottles are available for those who like hot sauce. The end result was a fine burrito, a few levels above chipotle. Service was meh, I stood at the counter for more than a minute before the men in the back chatting came out and took my order. Price was fine with drink. We stopped in on a whim, and our only disappointment is that there isn't one closer to our house! It's a delicious alternative to Chipotle. The burritos are heaping and flavorful. The birria tillas are KILLER. The churro bites are crunchy, sweet pieces of fried perfection. It's a cool, clean, and chill spot. Definitely worth a try. (Also the bathrooms are big and so nice)

Have been coming here for a few months with no complaints however this was not the case for my order on Saturday, 11/15/25. My burritto was the pineaple express which I always get. It was marked general tso's so we thought we had the wrong order and ran back to the store. Usually marked pineapple. My burritto was dry, not enough sauce and seemed to be smaller than usual with less chicken. Very unhappy with the size and quality on this purchase. We also git chips and queso...chips were stale.

I selected the taco salad with diced chicken, because it was the one and only meat protected by a cover (to maintain freshness and deflect flies). The taco shell was not fresh, was chewy and tasted stale. Although the service was friendly, the meat (shredded beef, chix and pork??) looked bad. There needs to be a cover on these meats or they become hard and dry. Possibly cook shell to order.

Indownloaded the app n got 5 dollars off the first order. I couldnt decide between Pineapple Express or Papi Hibachi, so I got both. With a cup of queso to sip with each bite, as well as a Mtn Dew, lol. It was awesome. I ordered my dog some shredded chicken to eat as well when I was done! Excellent!! Highly reccomend.
