The aesthetic of Ruby Thai Kitchen caught my eye—and I had a craving for something on the lighter side, maybe some Thai flavors. I ended up ordering the two chicken combo with mango chicken and coconut chicken, and wow—this meal did not disappoint. The mango chicken was sweet and tangy, while the coconut chicken was creamy and rich without being heavy. For around $13, the portion was huge. Worst customer service. Extremely rude behavior. They try to lure customers by offering tiny tasting samples with a big smile, but once you purchase and reach the billing counter, their real attitude comes out. For example, when I asked for napkins, the staff member handed me just 2/3. I have two kids, so I politely asked for more. She rolled her eyes and handed them over reluctantly, with clear annoyance. One particular lady was especially rude and dismissive. Her tone, facial expressions, and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Shrimp pad Thai and shrimp roll 🤩 You should definitely try!

I love the food here and the servers are so nice and polite. I especially love their mango chicken and BBQ chicken. Though do expect very long lines. That's how good they are.
