Ruby Slipper

Tatiana was fabulous! We were visiting from Ocala, FL and saw their Sandestin location which looked fabulouBeing we were traveling more west we ended up coming to this location. Atmosphere, cleanliness, and service was 5/5! Tatiana recommended great options and we ended up getting the Migas over medium eggs (which were cooked to perfection), 3 little pigs omelet (biscuits are incredibly fresh and flavorful), and last but not least the Banana Foster French Toast (WHAT- this was hands down the best French toast I’ve ever had)! We love finding new places for breakfast and this has to be my top favorite place! Thank you everyone!!

Had breakfast at Ruby Slipper and ordered the BYO omelet — solid choice. The coffee was great and kept coming, which is always a win. But honestly, the highlight was the staff. They had real personality and made the whole experience fun and welcoming. I’ll take that any day over a place with no personality at all. If you want really great service, ask for Amber and Evan. We went to see her multiple days in a row! Great food, great coffee, even better service. Would definitely go back.

Amazing Place! So, here is an honest review from a non-local (aka tourist) from Pittsburgh, PA. The hubby & I decided to just give Destin, FL a try for a few days of R&R prior to visiting family in Central FL prior to Christmas. We landed at airport, picked up our car rental about 10:15 AM & immediately started searching for a “brunch place” on Google Maps. Hubby started reading his suggestions to me and the descriptions of Eggs Benedict’s made me choose Ruby Slipper. Boy, am I glad we did! What an amazing find. The greeter/hostess was friendly & chatty, the ambience was homey, friendly & decorated so cute for Christmas. THEN, we met our delightful server Kristen M. She was absolutely perfect. I was able to enjoy a brunch here with the family of 12, and our lovely server Amber was phenomenal in making sure we were all taken care of. I enjoyed the beignets, with the sweet heat chicken and French toast bites. It was very delicious and recommended

Our server Mary was wonderful and attentive! She made a great recommendation on the Buddha Bowls and made our experience fun and relaxing. The pumpkin spice latte was delicious (and not too sweet!) and the pumpkin chai beignets are a perfect treat. This was the perfect end to a little getaway!
