Rubalcaba Mexican Restaurant

We are writing to say that we enjoy eating at Rubalcaba Mexican Restaurant in Pahrump, Nevada. It is an inviting, spacious, immaculate restaurant with an authentic Mexican flair and beautiful view. The menu selections are outstanding, the food is fresh and authentic with great quality and is seasoned very well. There is nothing hidden in this restaurant, the Chefs who are cooking the food are visible. The service is excellent. Hats off to Gloria and Luis for the great job they do. We highly recommend this restaurant. It is our "go to place" in Pahrump! This business has been in Pahrump for many decades and is well respected by the community!

What a beautiful Mexican restaurant with an awesome aura designed to cater to large parties and small intimate dinners. This place is incredible. The food melts in your mouth, and the tamales are fantastic. We had friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere. We both look forward to going again . Thank you for a lovely evening. Once again they out did themselves from gingerbread houses to Santa clause this fiesta is prepared to party and celebrate any party or special event. The restaurant is open, clean, and welcoming. Our entire party enjoyed their meals, and we will absolutely be back. While paying, we couldn’t help but notice how clean the kitchen area was, which is especially impressive for a busy weekend night. Our server was both entertaining and efficient, and the overall experience was excellent. I had no idea this place existed before, and I’m really glad we had the chance to visit.

A little hard to find. Use your Google maps well worth it. Really nice facilities. Great menu choices. Ownership and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. 09.03.2025 took a group on 10 for my wife's B-Day lunch, everyone enjoyed their meals very much. Many had never been there. They had a very nice table set up for us and ready to celebrate and have a good time. The entire bill after tip was less than $200. Pretty good in these times.

Service was mediocre, food was good. Was overcharged on Baltimore meals? For extra meat that I never asked for also is charged for chips and salza first time. I go into a Mexican restaurant and get charged. For that, be careful when you check out, you use a debit card to still charge you a 3% fee for a credit card transaction.
