This was such a great place. The food is perfection. Finally, a street taco with bold flavors. Some of the best we've had since Mexico! The salsas were wonderful with the tacos. The service was excellent. Alex was awesome, a fellow Duck all the way in Pahrump! We will always come here when driving by.

Amazing food and friendly staff. Superb burrito and great service! Loved the experience. They served nice nachos with salsa dip prior to the meal. Lots of food, i was exploding lol But well, worth every bite. It was amazing!

Romero’s Mexican Restaurant, A Total Gem in Pahrump! I cannot even begin to describe how incredible Romero’s is, this place is pure magic in food form! If you’re anywhere near Pahrump, RUN (don’t walk) to this restaurant. The flavors, the atmosphere, the service, it’s all beyond perfection. The margarita flight? Absolute heaven. Every glass bursts with flavor, perfectly balanced, and dangerously easy to love. You’ll want to take a picture, then forget the camera and just dive in. And the vegan tacos... oh my goodness. Hands down the best I’ve ever had anywhere. They’re fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and somehow manage to make you forget every other taco you’ve ever eaten. We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Death Valley Park and really enjoyed the delicious food. We ordered tacos and a chicken burrito, both were fresh and flavorful. I loved the salsa dip with the chips. The staff was very friendly and humble.

My chili relleno was delicious; the street tacos as well. My husband had the best nachos he's ever had. Romero's is not on the strip so I'm glad I searched for Mexican food! Service was outstanding. It's cute and clean. Bathrooms are spotless.
