Rosita’s Restaurant - Springfield

I been to this restaurant twice and both times didn’t disappoint. Food is delicious and the stuff is friendly and polite. My son who is a picky eater loves their steak & cheese. The parillada rosita was amazing my husband loved it so much. Definitely will be coming back.

The food had great potential. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. There were some decorations for Christmas. We got the sopes which are small corn tortilla bowls with steak, cilantro, beans, and cheese. It was flavorful and tasty. Unfortunately, a few things threw it off: the food was lukewarm when it came out, the steak was extremely chewy, and the rice was underwhelming with freezer-burnt veggies.

The food is excellent; enjoy the service everyone was very nice and helpful. Many dishes from El Salvador and Honduras. The Pupusas are the best !!!!!!!!

Ordered some quick take out after coming down stairs from the TCG store above. I only tried a small amount of food, but the flavor and quality was outstanding. I will likely come back again and recommend it to other. I wish I took some pictures of the food, but it was too tempting and I ate it right away! Update: I came back again for lunch and had some Pupusa's and Flan. Everything was delicious. I could see myself returning here regularly.

Everything about my visit was absolutely perfect! We started with the fried plantains, which were to die for—especially paired with the Salvadoran sour cream. My girlfriend ordered a mix of rice pupusas, and I got the Parrillada Rosita. Every single bite was delicious. The Parrillada came with tortillas and rice, and when I say this meal was good, I mean it was SO good! I’ll definitely be coming back—everything was phenomenal.
