Rosi's Little Bavarian Restaurant

I absolutely love their éclairs and always stop by Glynwood for them when I’m in the area. This time they weren’t available, and I was so disappointed—but the staff noticed right away and offered to make some fresh just for me. And they did! Truly amazing service and such a thoughtful gesture.

Best restaurant in glenwood springs! Haven’t had a schnitzel this good since Vienna. Worth the drive from Denver just to eat here. Do not miss, plan your trip around it.

Great little place for snitzel or goulash. My wife also liked the steak and eggs. Prices are steep though this is the norm for the area. The facility is strangely authentic since it feels like a repurposed house or hotel lobby. Nothing fancy here but the food and service was good and fast.

While reading the reviews I saw one regarding a "chile Rellano omelette" that's all it took for me to decide we were having breakfast here. We were greeted the moment we walked through the door with a "Good Morning" and sat immediately. They don't waste time, they get straight to business and I can see how the lack of small talk may seem rude but they are checking all the boxes I need for good customer service. Water was brought to the table just moments after sitting down, our coffee served quickly and hot. The massive Chili Rellano omelette was tasty, loaded with thick strips of rellanos, cheese, in a thin egged omelette. The eggs for the omelette were cooked perfectly - cooked thoroughly and not burnt or brown at all. Topped with green chili, served with a side of refried beans, hash

Delicious food, good service, it was interesting to try a real German Napoleon! It's very tasty .
