Amazing service, food. The cooks really know what there doing! My boyfriend and I spend his birthday here. He had the salmon with pasta and I had the elk burger. Elk and salmon were cooked to perfection. We started out with the mussels, make sure to try that first!! If your in town, don't miss the chance to give this restaurant a try. You won't regret it

This is a cozy and intimate restaurant setting. It felt very welcoming and classy. We had a great waiter that made amazing alcohol and menu recommendations. The attention to detail in the food was delicious. I would recommend! I would say this restaurant is suited for smaller parties. We loved the tomahawk pork chop and the steak filet. Their house dressing on their salad was delicious.

We stopped here for dinner while staying at Hotel Colorado. Matt our waiter was great. We started with the recommend duck wings, they were great, the hot honey dipping sauce was our favorite. The bloody marys are a staple here, tasted very good. Wife and I shared the Ribeye and it was amazing. Very tender with the Black Truffle butter on top. The atmosphere was perfect vibe in the mountains of Colorado setting. This place is a must visit.

Absolutely delicious food! Definitely recommend the tourists to come and try this place out! My husband tried the elk bolognese it came with some bread and it was very good, I highly recommend it! I tried the ruby red trout, it comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus with a lemon wedge. It was very good too, the asparagus was cooked perfectly 👌🏼 Service was very good, waitress took our coats and hanged them up for us. Seats are very comfortable and lots of seating area along with a bar and bartender. A plus that they had coke to drink too!

This was the second time we, my wife and a friend, ate there. We were in town visiting friends. First time was a year ago. I guess that pretty much says it! We had a good memory from the first visit so we went back. I had the filet which was cooked perfectly. My wife and friend both had the trout. All was delicious. The cocktails and bourbon selection are great and extensive. I would have given 5 stars for service but the server forgot I told her it was my wife’s birthday and was hoping for a candle on the bourbon pecan pie. Didn’t happen. Overall, the place has a cool atmosphere and a great menu.
